Hi, I’m Megan.
Captivating copy, educational storytelling, and intentional curation of narrative ecosystems for the modern era are my bread and butter.
With over a decade of professional writing and content experience across myriad platforms and industries, my specialties are project leadership, creative storytelling, direct response marketing, website, social media, newsletters, technical, and ad copy, with a dash of grants and nonprofit fundraising.
I hit the ground running with research, writing, and production internships at the Chris Gethard Show and NBC’s Saturday Night Live, and graduated with honors from NYU’s famed Department of Dramatic Writing in 2016. While at Tisch, I was also a TA in the Sony Rental House at the Kanbar Institute of Film and Television. After graduation, I cut my teeth as an Operations Development Manager and Director of Communications at various arts education organizations in New York City.
At the organizational level, I have a high capacity to design and market impactful strategies that optimize efficiency across a multitude of departments and objectives, on both the internal and external planes. I see systems and feel the heartbeat of them at the same time, identifying imbalances and providing solutions to create cohesion and alignment. Macro and micro thinker. I am known for taking complex, abstract ideas and translating them into easily digestible pieces of media that leave a lasting impression.
In 2019, I moved back to Maryland and started my work as a Divine Feminine Leadership and Development Coach. (What? Yes.) This quickly became a distinguishable online brand, with an e-commerce suite of products and services that successfully diversified business clientele leading to a 13% increase in marginal revenue over a 12-month period.
I rapidly developed a consistent and trustworthy online brand voice across multiple platforms – including a TikTok account that grew organically to 50k followers with a 20% engagement rate in an eight-month period, and an instagram page that successfully converted digital impressions into physical sales, leading to consecutive sold-out programs, workshops, and retreats over the course of four years.
Historically speaking, I support business owners, CFOs, lawyers, writers, nurses, professional spiritualists, teachers, artists, entertainment industry agents, musicians, marketing executives, and community service-oriented changemakers as they navigate to the top of their fields and maximize impact for the common good. With story and the written word as my primary medium, I sold the intangible process of transformation to my audience, scaling to six figures in sales within eleven months of doing this work full time.
And now, with a clear heart and an open schedule, I want to share that magic with you.
